Washing D.C. is obsessed with giving out Parking Tickets

Just read that D.C. issues 5,000 parking tickets bringing in $80 million a year in revenue... way more than any other city.

From what I have heard from friends and neighbors is that the ticket givers are pretty ruthless. Even if the meter is 1 min over, they are giving out the tickets.

Who can afford this?

A new entrance into is about to be opened by Toll Brothers into Dominion Valley. This is the 2nd entrance into the subdivision.

The new entrance needs to have a stoplight installed or it is going to be an absolute mess.
